It is estimated that 40 hours flying time will be required
to complete this program including a flight to Hartzell, Inc.,
Piqua, Ohio between the dates of 13 August to 20 August, 1977.
It is requested that test flights if 50 mile radius be permitted
around Chemung County Airport, Elmira, New York and Piqua Airport,
Piqua, Ohio.

The complete lot, sold to local entrepreneur Doug Galbraith, included; Thurston Teal #13, Schweizer Teal II #22, a zero time rebuilt Lycoming engine (O-320 upgraded to O-360-C1A), a new MT constant speed prop, one used original O-320 engine, a used constant speed prop, along with several wooden crates full of miscellaneous parts.  The engines and the new prop are now sold or spoken for. Galbraith still has a lot of the airframe parts from both of the Teals and will eventually sell what he can.
