2008-06-?? Aircraft moved from Canada to Greene County Airport (KWAY); Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, for rebuild.
2015-04-?? Aircraft seized by Greene County.  Offered for sale to cover hangar rents not paid by Mr. Albers.
2016-06-17 Closed bid sale completed by Greene County. The complete lot, sold to local entrepreneur Doug Galbraith, included; Thurston Teal #13, Schweizer Teal II #22, a zero time rebuilt Lycoming engine (O-320 upgraded to O-360-C1A), a new MT constant speed prop, one used original O-320 engine, a used constant speed prop, along with several wooden crates full of miscellaneous parts.  The engines and the new prop are now sold or spoken for. Galbraith still has a lot of the airframe parts from both of the Teals and will eventually sell what he can.
