The modifications consisted of Short Span Flapped Wings, Lycoming O-320-B3B 160 HP Engine, Long Span Horizontal Tail and Electronic Tach as per Thurston Aeromarine Corporation Engineering Order T1-610, 3/14/08 attached.

The Test Flight will be conducted within 50 nautical miles of CYQA, Muskoka Airport near Bracebridge Ontario Canada.

The requested period of validity would be from June 10, 2008 until September 30, 2008.

Pursuant to section 507.05 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations, this letter constitutes Canadian Validation of your FAA Flight Authority, date of issuance, June 10, 2008.  This letter constitutes a Flight Permit (Specific Purpose) for the dispatch and flight of Thurston Aircraft, Model TSC-1A, S/N 19, registration N2019T, valid for the purpose of flight test following modification.  This authority is subject to the following conditions:

1. Flight authority issued by the FAA, dated June 10, 2008, shall be valid and shall be carried on board the aircraft together with this validation.
   
2. The aircraft shall be formally or provisionally registered in the United States.
   
3. Aircraft to be operated in accordance with FAA flight authorization, dated June 10, 2009 and this flight validation; and,
   
4. Valid until completion of test flights.
