The aircraft overturned and the port wing and port bow were extensively damaged. Pilot: R. G. Wells. Operator (Owner): Cascade Air Services Ltd. Damage: Substantial. (Aircraft being rebuilt). Injuries: Nil. [Accident Files # 5008-F10-8, 5802-6179]. The rebuild of # 866 probably never was completed.
