2.  We do not register liens, encumbrances, mortgages etc., against the title to an aircraft.  Therefore we are unable to certify that the recorded rights have been satisfied or that consent has been given to the transfer of registry.  The Civil Aeronautics Administration do accept a certification that the foreign registration has been cancelled when the foreign country does not supply information with respect to recorded rights.

3.  We hereby certify that Canadian registration and identification CH-HAY covering Republic RC-3 aircraft, Serial No. 786, registered in the name of Alton Brown MacDonald, Box No. 71, R.R. No. 1, Moncton, N. B., was cancelled on the Canadian Aircraft Register effective October 25th, 1954.

Description of work Accomplished:

After storm damage to aircraft following repairs made:
Straightened fuselage skin at bottom of right stabilizer, reinforced by two aluminum angles.  Replaced vertical fin, rudder, right stabilizer and elevator, left wing, flap and aileron, right float and strut, front engine cowl, engine cooling fan, right from rear engine mount, sky lite and left windshield.  Both rear spar fuselage stringers reinforced by original stringer material.  Riveted to stringers with six 17ST 1/8 rivets.  Fastened to spar with four AN3/16 bolts and high temp nuts.  Painted complete aircraft with aluminum enamel and painted numbers on side of fuselage.
