1955-08-23 Crashed on ambulance flight. The purpose of the flight was to bring a pregnant woman from Nordfjordeid to hospital in Bergen.  During night 'glassy water' landing near Nordfjordeid, the aircraft hit the sea hard and the bow bottom collapsed and the aircraft turned over on its back.  The 17 year old flight/mechanic assistant Tore Knudsen drowned when he was not able to release himself from the seat belt when the wreck sank.  The pilot escaped with moderate injuries.
1955-09-03 Wreck recovered with the missing flight assistant.
1956-01-07 Cancelled from Norwegian CAR.
