1959-09-28 (1) Monkman Lake, 45 miles south of Burns Lake, British Columbia (hand-written not on card). (2) Latitude 53 56' N, Longitude 125 57' W, Bickle Lake, British Columbia (type written).  Lower section of hull tore away on landing at lake.  Aircraft sank.  Pilot W. D.
